Our Services

Care Connect, LLC is here to meet the needs of your loved ones. Through years of experience, education, and intense home care knowledge, we are confident we will be able to provide exceptional services and care. We understand the obstacles life requires us to overcome, this can make daily tasks overwhelming for you and your loved ones.

Non- Medical Home Care Services

Our Care Connect staff is able to assist our clients in their home environment, and dedicate themselves to assisting individuals with daily activities such as using the bathroom, preparing or eating meals, executing hygiene and grooming habits, medication reminders, bathing, and completing housework or other chores.

Depending on the level of support provided, long-term care giving can take a toll on the caregiver’s physical and emotional health. Consider your loved one’s condition and your health and skills to determine whether in-home care is appropriate or if more specialized care is needed.

A caregiver cares for the health and well-being of someone who needs help with daily tasks and activities. Your aging loved one may need a caregiver because of an injury, mobility or memory issues, illnesses, or chronic conditions that make everyday chores more challenging.

Homemaking and Companionship Services

Homemakers and companions provide non-medical care to support the well-being of a person in their home. Homemakers and companions provides support by helping prepare meals and assisting with routine tasks.

Companion care is designed to help combat loneliness, but also encourage older adults to remain social and engage in activities of daily living. For example, if your loved one is in the proper physical shape, their caregiver may encourage them to accompany them on a walk around the block or a stroll through the park and more.

Homemaker services provide assistance to persons with the inability to perform one or more of the following activities of daily living: preparing meals, shopping for personal items, managing money, using the telephone or doing light housework and more.

Our Team identifies various staff members as a potential match for you or your loved one. Our Team will set a time where you and or your loved one can meet our staff. We understand having someone in your home or with your loved one is a substantial change and takes time to adjust.
