Caregiver Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with meals according to client preferences and dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and home safety checks
- Provide medication reminders and support with daily routines
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Offer companionship and emotional support through meaningful interaction
- Accompany clients to appointments, community outings, or errands
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment at all times
Staff Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism
- Clean background and motor vehicle record
- Prior experience in non-medical home care preferred
- Commitment to maintaining client dignity and independence
