The Kind of People We’re Looking For

Great caregiving starts with the right person.

We value team members who are reliable, compassionate, patient, respectful, and professional. Our caregivers should be comfortable following individualized care plans, maintaining professional boundaries, communicating concerns appropriately, completing documentation accurately, and participating in required training.

Most importantly, we look for people who understand that every client deserves to be treated as an individual, with their choices, routines, independence, privacy, and dignity respected.

Work That Fits Real Life

Care needs don’t follow a traditional 9-to-5 schedule, and neither do all of our opportunities.

Depending on available client assignments, Care Connect may offer full-time, part-time, per diem, daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, and flexible scheduling opportunities.

Assignments are based on client needs, location, caregiver qualifications, availability, and appropriate caregiver-client matching.

More Than a Shift. A Chance to Make an Impact.

Sometimes the most meaningful parts of caregiving are the simplest: preparing a favorite meal, helping someone start their morning comfortably, providing companionship during a difficult day, giving a family caregiver time to rest, or simply being the dependable person who shows up when someone needs support.

That is the difference a great caregiver can make.
